What is the 38-point Home Health Inspection?

Every HomeCare visit includes a full inspection — exterior, garage, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, mechanical systems, and safety equipment. We rate each item Good, Monitor, or Needs Attention and send you a written report the same day.
What if repairs are found during the inspection?

Any repairs are quoted separately and require your approval before work begins. No surprises, no pressure. Your membership discount applies.
Do I have to be home for the visit?

We prefer it for the first visit. After that, many members provide access while they're at work. We communicate before, during, and after.
What is the Member Home Check-In?
