Every visit starts with a service block - a time-based rate that covers all standard handyman tasks. Installing, adjusting, hanging, assembling - anything that doesn't require specialty trade work.

Specialty repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting) are always flat-rate add-ons quoted separately. You know the price before we start. A written estimate is sent and requires your approval before any work begins.

Service blocks:

· Minimum service call - $139 (up to 1 hour)

· 2-hour block

· Half day

· Full day

What We Do

Home Maintenance:Dryer vent cleaning, water heater flush, GFCI testing, smoke and CO detector service, irrigation inspection, home watch visits.

Minor Plumbing Repairs: Faucet and toilet replacement, garbage disposal, supply lines, caulking for tubs, showers, and sinks. Water heater flush.

Electrical: Light fixtures, ceiling fans, GFCI outlets, switches, dimmers, smart thermostats, smart doorbells. Existing boxes only - no panel work.

Drywall & Patching: Patches of any size, texture matching, ceiling repairs, full wall blends. Multi-visit jobs completed right - not rushed.

Carpentry & Trim: Baseboard installation, door trim, TV mounting on any surface, handrails, attic hatch installation.

Painting: Single rooms, accent walls, ceilings, door faces. Customer supplies paint - we supply the skill and the prep.

Doors, Hardware & Windows: Locks, deadbolts, smart locks, door adjustments, weatherstrip, thresholds, window screens and locks.

Small Renovations: Single-room renovations and larger projects handled selectively based on scope. Licensed contractor. Contact us for a custom quote.
